Showered with pregame gifts in his penultimate game at Target Field, Detroit Tigers designated hitter Miguel Cabrera threatened to steal the show for at least another night on his way to Cooperstown.Instead, he was upstaged by a slugger who’s just getting here.Matt Wallner hit a no-doubter grand slam in the sixth inning as the Twins rallied from a 2-0 deficit to beat the Tigers 5-3 in front of an announced crowd of 30,150 on Tuesday night at Target Field.Cabrera gave the Tigers an early lead with a two-run homer off Bailey Ober that landed in the second deck in left-center field in the second inning. Just his second home run of the season, it had the Twins down 2-0 as they came to the plate in the sixth inning. At that point, the Twins had been held to one hit — a one-out single to center by No. 9 hitter Michael A. Taylor — by Detroit starter Alex Faedo. But Tigers manager A.J. Hinch pulled Faedo after five innings for Jose Cisnero, and it rapidly fell apart for Detroit.Jorge Polanco...NYSP looking for info on jeep possibly connected to Indian Lake homicide
